Race registration includes t-shirt, finisher award, swim cap, post-race meal ticket (good for one meal at food booth of your choice) and post-race beverage ticket (good for one drink or beer at food booth of your choice).
Families and community members are invited to enjoy a fit and fun festival from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at various locations around Moose River and Jackman. Food and beverages from local vendors will be available for purchase. Check back for details.
The long course race is a qualifier for the 2019 SwimRun National Championship in Richmond, VA, on October 19.
Also stay tuned for the SwimRun Training Day, Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Sky Lodge. Featuring previews of the race courses and general tips and group training opportunities for trail running, open water swimming, aquathlon, and swimrun, this event is open to everyone, whether or not you register for the Summer Solstice SwimRun.
Travel and Accommodations
Stay at the historic Sky Lodge or one of the cabins on site, or make reservations at one of the many hotels, motels, cabins, or lodges in the area. For those traveling by plane, Bangor, ME and Quebec City, Quebec, are the closest large airports; Jackman’s Newton Field municipal airport accepts chartered and private flights.
