Tucked into Maine’s northwest timber country and along the Quebec border, Unity College’s 150 acre Sky Lodge campus allows is outdoor adventure enthusiasts to enjoy life’s simple pleasures. Located along the Old Canada Road (Route 201) National Scenic Byway, Unity College Sky Lodge is easily accessible for your next group gathering.
Main Lodge Rental
Built in 1929 as a hunting and fishing getaway, the property was renamed “Sky Lodge” by two former WWII airmen in the 1940s. The main lodge has been lovingly restored over the past decade to its original state and is often utilized for family gatherings or small group events. Our nine guest rooms each feature a private bath and space for up to 28 guests. Adjacent to the lodge are three additional annex rooms that can be added to any group booking.
The main lodge offers a cocktail lounge, adjacent deck space with scenic views of the valley, and a dining room. Capacity for indoor events is limited to 50 guests.

Moose River Valley Center Rental
Located on the west side of Route 201 is our educational facility. The Moose River Valley Center is a one-story 2700 square foot facility available for rent. The space includes two meeting rooms, a kitchenette, and two gender-specific restrooms.
Unity College Sky Lodge is pleased to offer accommodations and venue rental for small groups and events. Our food and beverage services are currently paused for the Winter Season.
- Main Lodge Accommodations: $1250 a night, two night minimum
- Annex Rooms: Starting at $125 a night, two night minimum
- Sky Lodge Venue Rental: Starting at $2750 per day
